Welcome! Sutter Street Mobile Home Park is a Friendly Family Park and a Senior Haven in the City. We are just 1/2 miles off Hwy 70 at Yuba City. Our sites are spacious and private with surrounding nature on two sides. Yuba City is a great place to visit in order to experience the local rivers, lake and Sutter Butte mountain attractions, rest in the quietness of your site, or participate in the many city as well as country activities such as: boating, fishing, rafting, golf, swimming, yoga, college classes or recreation department classes or activities.

We are a quiet, nice, clean, shady park with long and wide
pull thru sites located just off of HWY 5.

Located in the heart of the scenic California Redwoods, world-class salmon fishing of the Klamath River, hiking, water sports and the Pacific Ocean. Sunny warm summer days just up stream from the ocean out of the fog. Quiet park away from any road noise except for an occasional seal barking in the river. Great river vistas from the Park from sitting areas on the bank or from the boat docks on the river.

Rustic RV sites and tent site along the river

We have 197 sites of which 20 are rental cabins and about 31 are pull-thrus, typical site width is 25ft, typical site length is 48ft. We are only a few steps away from a beautiful 9 hole par 36 golf course. We are about 5 miles from Joshua Tree National Park which offers hiking and biking trials. We are also only about 2 mile from the largest US Marine Corps base in the US, and for those of you that are retired military, they have a big 18 hole golf course.

Beaver Creek RV Park is located on beautiful Cobb Mountain in Lake County, California, about a half hour from Clearlake. The park features a swimming pool, paddle boat and kayak pond (open May-October depending on weather), horseshoe pits, recreation hall and campground store. The park has 107 spacious sites to easily accommodate 40 foot rigs and slide outs. Kelsey creek runs through the camp ground. Guests have occasionally caught trout from the creek.
