Cypress Gardens Mobile Home and RV Park is located in the heart of Floridas Fun Belt, 45 minutes to Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center and Sea World. It is less than an hour to airports and theme parks of Orlando and Tampa. The park has 120 acres consisting of 143 mobile home sites and 126 RV sites. Our mobile home park is 55 yrs + community while our RV park is an adult community with the option of a family community over the summer from March 1st to September 1st. After that, the RV park is a 55+ community.
