Comment: Our best stay in the local area that we can think of Staff was really nice and check in was quick. Level sites that we could see some were being worked on.

Comment: Been here several time and enjoyed it everytime Super nice manement made us feel at home. Grounds and sites are well kept and level.

Welcome! Sutter Street Mobile Home Park is a Friendly Family Park and a Senior Haven in the City. We are just 1/2 miles off Hwy 70 at Yuba City. Our sites are spacious and private with surrounding nature on two sides. Yuba City is a great place to visit in order to experience the local rivers, lake and Sutter Butte mountain attractions, rest in the quietness of your site, or participate in the many city as well as country activities such as: boating, fishing, rafting, golf, swimming, yoga, college classes or recreation department classes or activities.
