Comment: We suggest staying here for awhile we enjoyed it that much. Couple in the site next to us watched TV outside during the morning and evening hours - and since hard of hearing it was turned up loud enough to irritate at times. We did not use any of their facilities but they seemed nice looking.

Comment: Pleasant place to visit Mangement was very helpful and assisted us with our site. The bathrooms smelled like Pinesol everytime we used them.

Welcome! Sutter Street Mobile Home Park is a Friendly Family Park and a Senior Haven in the City. We are just 1/2 miles off Hwy 70 at Yuba City. Our sites are spacious and private with surrounding nature on two sides. Yuba City is a great place to visit in order to experience the local rivers, lake and Sutter Butte mountain attractions, rest in the quietness of your site, or participate in the many city as well as country activities such as: boating, fishing, rafting, golf, swimming, yoga, college classes or recreation department classes or activities.
