We offer the finest family camping experience in the Montello area. Our park is located less than a mile to the downtown. A short walk or bike ride.

The Playful Goose with 170 acres is a large and spacious campground with grassy sites. Most sites are 40wide by 100deep. There are also shady sites in the woods or along the river. The land has gentle rolling hills and scenic views along the hiking trails. Our theme is A quiet place with lots of space. We are a family campground

Meadowlark Acres is located in a pleasant rural setting surrounded by beautiful and productive farmland and wooded areas.
Each grassy site has a picnic table and fire ring -- many are shaded by beautiful oak and hickory trees, or nestled among whispering pines. There are no full-hookups which discourages seasonal camping but emphasizes a simpler camping experience.
28 of the 80 total sites are primarily for tent camping without nearby water or electric. There are also 52 RV sites with water & electric hookups available accommodating RV units up to 40 in length.
